Delicious ube desserts here and instant mouthgasm when you take a bite out of the ube truffle! Incredible how much flavor it packs into a small yet hefty piece of dessert. Really recommend it. Ube cheesecake was too sweet for my liking but I'm sure others with a sweet tooth will enjoy them. Ube butter bar was good, not too sweet and can't go wrong with the ube leche flan cupcake either. FYI you visit in the evening, you might not have many selections to choose from. Good spot if you're in the area after lunch or dinner and craving some ube desserts and drinks.

If you're looking for Ube drinks and desserts this is your spot. While I didn't get any of the drinks, I will next time. The flan cupcake was super moist and not as heavy as I thought it would be. The bread pudding was wonderful with the coconut and jackfruit adding to the texture making it a wonderful dessert, and you can ask to have it warmed up. The Ube truffle is the richest of the bunch and would probably go well with some tea to cut down the richest. I'll be back for sure for the drinks.

First timer and a local brought me here to try Ube. A long line from the door to the counter for purple yam desserts? Amazing! I tried three desserts and chose from pictures because Ube meant nothing to be. All 3 had yam in some form with other sweet selections that complimented the taste. I was quite surprise this Filipino dessert place was popular. and there are several locations. I enjoyed sampling my desserts and the new experience was delightful.

Service was top-notch, and so was my Ube latte!! I was in a ube paradise!!

Cafe 86 in Artesia is a delightful spot for anyone seeking a unique and flavorful experience. The grilled cheese sandwich is a standout—crispy, gooey, and served with a side of chips that complements the meal perfectly. Their coffee is another highlight, rich and smooth, making it an excellent choice for caffeine lovers. As for the halo-halo, it offers a refreshing twist on the classic Filipino dessert. While it may not include every traditional ingredient like langka, white beans, or kaong, the ube and leche flan add a creamy, indulgent touch that’s more than satisfying. What truly sets Cafe 86 apart is its artisanal approach to Filipino desserts. Their creations are sophisticated takes on traditional flavors, far beyond what you’d find in a typical Filipino bakery. The Ube Crack Cheesecake and Ube Butter Bar are must-tries, with their rich, indulgent flavors highlighting the vibrant essence of ube. The Milo Dinosaur Cupcake and Halo-Halo Bread Pudding are equally creative, offering nostalgic tastes with an elegant, modern twist. Each dessert feels thoughtfully crafted, honoring Filipino heritage while elevating it for a contemporary audience. The cafe’s ambiance is equally impressive. As a Star Wars fan, I couldn’t help but appreciate the playful Darth Vader displays scattered throughout. The cozy vibe, complete with rustic decor and charming holiday touches, makes it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. The friendly and attentive staff only enhance the experience, ensuring you feel welcome from the moment you step inside. Cafe 86 is a must-visit if you’re in Artesia, whether for a quick bite, a coffee break, or a sweet treat. It’s a great spot to satisfy your ube cravings while enjoying the warmth of a genuinely inviting atmosphere and the sophistication of elevated Filipino desserts.

This is the ube spot for all ube spots! Located in a lot with other restaurants and shops. I ordered their ube tres leches with a side of ube ice cream and an ube tea with boba. The tres leches was delicious and the ice cream kind of balanced it out for me. The drink was also delicious and complimented the cake perfectly. I’d definitely come back again to try their upside down halo halo shake and other menu items.

Great lighting for studying and I had a few of the desserts like the cheesecake ube. They're pretty good and it was my first time trying ube. The couches are comfy and service is good. Clean environment just limited seating and I had Wi-Fi issues twice. The employees fixed the Wi-Fi issues as soon as they happened so no complaints on that. Recommend to have a chill spot to get some homework done.
